Registration fee Includes:
- The registration fee is inclusive of the GST at the current rate of 18%. Any change in the tax will be applicable & Rate will be revised accordingly.
- Conference Kit.
- Lunches on all conference days.

- Gala Dinner.
- Scientific sessions.
- Entry to trade area.
Registration Terms & Conditions:
- Registration will be confirmed only after receipt of the full payment and will be based on the date of receipt of payment.
- Registration for participants aged 70 years and above is complimentary; however, registration is mandatory.
- GST @18% is included in the registration fees.
- Banquet dinner is chargeable.
- Payment can be made through credit/debit card, wire transfer, or UPI transfer.
- A 3% bank charge is applicable for payments made through credit/debit card.
- The actual debit amount is subject to change according to the exchange rate.
- Registration for the banquet is available only with conference registration.
- Please send the duly filled registration form along with Cheque or DD in favour of “ USICON 2027”, payable at Lucknow.
CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
- All cancellations must be made in writing and sent to the Conference Secretariat email.
- Cancellations received till 1st June 2026 will be entitled to a 75% refund of the registration amount paid.
- Cancellations received till 31st August 2026 will be entitled to a 50% refund of the registration amount paid.
- Cancellations received till 30th September 2026 will be entitled to a 25% refund of the registration amount paid.
- No refund will be applicable for cancellations made after 1st October 2026.
- The refund process will begin only 30 days after the completion of the conference.
- All refunds will be processed 30 days after the conference, excluding 18% GST.
