Cancellation & Refund Policy

Important information about cancellations and refunds

Please read our cancellation and refund policy carefully. All cancellations must be made in writing and sent to the Conference Secretariat email.

Till 30th September 2026

50%

Cancellations received till 30th September 2026 will be entitled for 50% refund of the registration amount paid.

Till 31st December 2026

25%

Cancellations received till 31st December 2026 will be entitled for 25% refund of the registration amount paid.

After 31st December 2026

No Refund

No refund for cancellations made on or after 31st December 2026.

Important Notes

GST and bank/online payment processing charges are non-refundable.
Registrations are non-transferable to another individual or future conference.

We as a merchant shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization for any Transaction, on Account of the Cardholder having exceeded the pre-set limit mutually agreed by us with our acquiring bank from time to time.

Please ensure you understand our cancellation policy before registering. No exceptions will be made to these terms.
